Eagle Landing is permanent housing located on the Department of Veterans Affairs Roseburg Campus that gives a preference to Veterans. HADCO provides Section 8 Voucher assistance for this property which is owned and managed by Neighborworks Umpqua. Interest families may submit a pre-application electronically though this website.
