The Housing Authority of Douglas County (HADCO) is amending page 3 of its 2025 Five Year Plan to withdraw their Streamlined Conversion of Low Rent Public Housing HUD Application. HADCO intends to resubmit the application under the Section 18/RAD Small PHA Blend Application requirements in 2025.

The Housing Authority of Douglas County will begin their 45-day comment period to amend their annual plan beginning 3/20/25 and ending 5/6/25. A public hearing to hear comments will be 5/22/25 at 12:30pm.  The Annual Plan is available for review and inspections at the HADCO Administrative Office, Roseburg, Reedsport Family Resource Center and online at www.hadcor.org.
