The Housing Authority of Douglas County is accepting sealed BIDS for the construction of a  7687 square foot administrative building.  A RFB can be picked up at the HADCO admin office located at 902 W. Stanton Street, Roseburg, OR 97471 or at the Douglas County Plan Center . A mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for Friday, February 17, 2017 at 10:00am.  Sealed BIDS will be opened and read publicly on Tuesday, February 28, 2017 at 2:00pm at the Myers Activity Center, located at 990 W.
