We’ve also posted all 15 RAD Resident Fact Sheets, created by HUD. Fact Sheet #1 was mailed out with the Resident Information Notice (certified mail). Fact Sheets 2, 3, 5, and 6 were provided at the first tenant meetings.

Please note on the Resident Fact Sheets:

  • We plan to convert to project-based vouchers, not project-based rental assistance (Fact Sheet 4)
  • We currently do not have Family Self-Sufficiency or Resident Opportunity for Self-Sufficiency programs (Fact Sheet 11 )
  • We do not plan to apply for Low-Income Housing Tax Credits during the conversion process (Fact Sheet 13)
