The comment period will begin on November 5, 2025, and will close on December 23, 2025. The Board of Commissioners will hold a public hearing to hear comments regarding the plan on January 8, 2026, at 12:30 PM. The hearing will be at the Housing Authority’s administrative offices at 1000 West Stanton Street, Roseburg.

The Annual Plan will be available for review at the HADCO administrative office in Roseburg, at the Roseburg Public Library, at the Reedsport Family Resource center, and on the HADCO website.
