Rosewood Shop Exterior Painting 2025

Description

The work includes but is not limited to painting the exterior of the maintenance shop located at 979 W Stanton Street, Roseburg. This includes pressure washing the building and removing any flaking or chipping of existing paint. Body and trim colors, sheen and brand/grade of paint will be picked out by HADCO with all materials and labor to be provided by the Contractor. HADCO requires a minimum of two coats to be applied and will be inspected by a HADO representative. The Contractor is responsible for all permits applicable to the project.

This is not a sealed bid project with a company representative not required to be at the bid opening (the first day bids will be accepted) to be eligible. The bid opening is scheduled for March 13, 2025, at 1:00 PM at HADCO’s administrative offices: 1000 W Stanton Street, Roseburg. At the bid opening, a walkthrough will be offered. If you would prefer to do a walkthrough at a different time and date, contractors are asked to make an appointment with the Contract Administrator to do a site visit, take measurements, and discuss the project requirements.
