1 - Update on Public Comment of HADCO Policy and Procedures

EXECUTIVE SESSION:

1 – Evaluation/Goals of Executive Director – The Board will continue with the evaluation and goals set for the Executive Director. Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) (2) (i) authorizes the Board to review and evaluate in executive session the Executive Director’s performance.

2 – The Board will hear a complaint against an employee of the Housing Authority. Oregon Revised Statute (ORS) 192.660 (2) (b) authorizes the Board to hear in executive session this complaint.

3 – Legal Rights and Duties of a Public Body with regard to Cunningham v. Spens. Oregon Revised Statutes (ORS) 192.660 (2) (h) and ORS 192.660 (2) (f) authorize the Board to consult with counsel concerning HADCO’s legal rights and duties with regard to this lawsuit, and to consider lawyer-client communications exempt by law from public inspection.
